Prepaid Orders Only
To maintain exclusivity and avoid last-minute cancellations, we accept prepaid orders only
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Our outfits are reserved and prepared specifically for each customer. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations after order confirmation.
In case of urgent concerns, customers may contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.
As a rental and resale-based platform dealing with occasion wear, hygiene, quality maintenance, and exclusivity are our top priorities. Hence, all sales and rentals are considered final.
Exchange Policy (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong item has been delivered
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide store credit, depending on availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Order cannot be fulfilled by us
- Product is out of stock after purchase
- Verified case of wrong or damaged item (if replacement is not possible)
In such cases:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues (unless our error)
- Delayed deliveries caused by third-party logistics
